Features include review request automation, AI-driven review responses, review promotion on social media, dynamic website widgets, and referral management tools. The platform requires cooperation from users to enable the successful collection of reviews.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. User Conduct

Users agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Users are solely responsible for the content they provide and agree not to engage in any conduct that infringes on others’ rights or disrupts the platform.

10. Subscription Terms and Payments

Monthly subscription fees are required to maintain access to the platform. These fees are specified during sign-up and must be paid on time to avoid suspension of services.

If payment is not received by the due date:

• Services may be temporarily suspended until payment is made.

• After prolonged non-payment, access to the platform may be terminated.

For customers paying in full for lifetime access, hosting fees are still required to maintain the Service.

11. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of subscription. Requests must be submitted in writing. No refunds are issued after the 30-day window.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support. Your Service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

12. Review Collection Limits

There are no limits to the number of reviews you can collect. The volume of reviews depends on customer interactions, your industry, and customer satisfaction.
